Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Estimator

WE’RE HIRING: COMMERCIAL HVAC ESTIMATOR IN RALEIGH, NC

Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator who knows how to read plans, build accurate project estimates, work with vendors, and help turn bids into successful projects?

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our Installation team in Raleigh, NC.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Reviewing plans and specifications to determine project scope
• Preparing detailed estimates for equipment, materials, labor, and subcontractors
• Requesting and evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotes
• Conducting job site visits as needed
• Preparing and submitting accurate bids on time
• Following up on submitted bids and helping close new business
• Working closely with operations and management on project budgets and strategy
• Turning awarded projects over to the installation team
• Maintaining accurate project and estimating records

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and understands the commercial HVAC installation process someone who can take a project from plans and pricing all the way through a successful turnover.

Commercial HVAC estimating experience is required.
