Source Pro Search is seeking a Senior Heavy Civil Estimator in the Cary, NC area. You will own estimates on civil projects from $1M to $35M across Virginia and North Carolina, including highways, earthwork, bridges, and utilities.
Lead and mentor junior estimators while growing with a family-owned contractor that backs its people. You will read bid documents, perform quantity takeoffs, define scope, evaluate DBE participation, and build complete bid packages.
