About the Role:Advance Residential Concrete is looking for a Superintendent that is a driven, detail-oriented leader. This vital role is responsible for all onsite aspects of executing concrete and masonry projects including project planning, quality control, jobsite safety, customer communication, and leading all project crew members.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that all co-workers follow safe work practices.
- Inspect work and give appropriate feedback to co-workers to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Lead project layout process to ensure proper installation of work.
- Plan tasks to meet project schedule and to proactively identify production and coordination issues.
- Serve as ARC’s point of contact for all on-site communication.
- Coordinate progress and changes with ARC’s VP of Operations
- Report site progress through daily reports and accurate time clock entries.
- Lead and manage all assigned crew members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of concrete and/or masonry experience in field, preferably at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Good communication skills especially in managing crew and coordinating with customers.
- Strong work ethic and well organized.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (ARC participates in E-Verify)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Company vehicle provided.
- Position is full time, and pay will be based on experience level.
