Turner Asphalt is seeking a hardworking Asphalt Crew Laborer in Raleigh, NC to support our paving team with surface preparation, laying and finishing asphalt on roads, driveways, and parking lots. This is a physically demanding role requiring a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and teamwork.
You will assist in sweeping, cleaning, applying tack coat, shoveling and leveling hot mix, feeding the paving machine, and ensuring proper compaction.
