Construction Multi Family Project Manager
Seeking Construction Multi Family Project Manager
. MUST LIVE IN THE RALEIGH AREA.
- Oversee multi‑family projects
- Manage day‑to‑day aspects of projects
- Project buyout
- Subcontractor coordination
- Oversee complete project quality control through turnover
- Assist in preparation of contracts
- Review change orders
- Prepare progress reports
- Know what’s going on in the field, anticipate and solve problems
- Quality control
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Experience with wood‑framed multi‑family projects
- 4‑year construction‑related degree
- Knowledge of building practices, materials and techniques, code requirements, ADA, mechanical systems, permitting processes, market pricing and lien waivers
- Professional communication, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Proficient with Procore and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Office)
