Construction Manager

A leading ENR Top 10 industrial contractor is looking to add an experienced Construction Manager to its growing team in Raleigh, NC.

The Construction Manager will take a senior leadership role overseeing major industrial construction projects, with responsibility for project execution, field operations, client relationships, safety, schedule and overall project performance.

• Lead construction operations across major industrial projects
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors and field operations
• Drive safety, quality, schedule and cost performance
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Superintendents and other project personnel
• Review project schedules, budgets and overall performance
• Support business growth and development across the region
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

• 10+ years of experience within industrial construction
• Previous experience in a Construction Manager, Project Executive, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership position
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and construction operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to be based in or around Raleigh, NC
