We are a top quality paving company with excellent paving crews who pride themselves in quality 5 star work. We are in need of experienced operating paving foremen to manage jobs and a crew.

• Manage daily operations of job and crew.
• Ensure quality work is performed at all times.
• Managing trucks and ensure to cut off at appropriate time.
• Managing daily communication with the plant and quarries.
• Measuring area of work being performed to ensure limited to NO overage on materials.
• Communication with operations manager on any issues that may arise during the performance of the job.
• Ensure quality and profitability of daily paving operation.
• Communication with asphalt plant and truckers throughout the day.
• Complete daily work order forms and submit at end of day.

• Paving Foreman: 3 years (Required)

70+ Mile Radius of Raleigh. Report to Corporate Office in AM.
