We’re looking for a builder of people, projects, and partnerships. The ideal candidate brings:

• 10+ years of leadership in commercial construction, with a portfolio that includes healthcare, life sciences, student housing, and mixed‑use developments.
• Proven success managing complex, multi‑phase projects from concept to completion.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic thinking.
• Deep knowledge of North Carolina’s permitting, municipal coordination, and market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• A passion for mentoring, storytelling, and building legacies — not just buildings.
