• Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members, providing clear direction and mentorship.
• Plan, organize, and direct production of the contracted plumbing scope of work.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts while delivering excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and best practice across all sites.

• At least 10 years of field supervisory experience managing crews and running multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• An active Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English, with at least basic computer and writing skills.
