Associate Photographer - Raleigh–Fayetteville, NC. CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. This role supports media collection for  and , using a Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad to create virtual tours, floor plans and photography for residential properties.

• Capture 3-D virtual tours, footprints and property photography to showcase homes and apartments.
• Build a portfolio of photographs that feature spaces in an appealing way.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales teams, researcher partners, and management to set priorities and execute tasks.
• Navigate one-mile square grids to identify new inventory and ensure data coverage when not photographing a residential home.
• Identify missing availability and properties to be photographed, while adhering to CoStar safety standards for vehicles and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.
• Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons and on weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional experience; real estate photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degree.
• Experience as a Drone Photographer with FAA Part 107 license/certification (obtained within 30 days of offer).
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record abstract prior to start.

• Hourly plus performance-based bonus; bonuses paid monthly based on pre-determined metrics.
• Estimated annualized wage range: $49,000–$50,000, depending on skills and experience.
