Accentuate Staffing is working with a healthcare technology company that is hiring a Client Onboarding Consultant to help customers as they set up on the company’s software platform. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping customers through a process from start to finish in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment. This role is a mix of project coordination, customer communication, software setup, and training.

This is a 1–2‑year, on‑site contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS, client‑facing project work, or software onboarding, but they are also open to someone looking to grow in that direction who can stay on top of details, keep things moving, and build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding projects from post‑sale through launch, helping keep timelines, deliverables, and next steps on track.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to coordinate implementation activities, answer questions, and support a smooth rollout across multiple active accounts.
  • Configure software based on customer needs and provide support during setup and launch.
  • Lead onboarding calls, customer meetings, and training sessions to help users get comfortable with the platform.
  • Maintain clear project notes, status updates, and documentation throughout the implementation process.
  • Assist with internal documentation, process support, and other team needs as they come up.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; candidates should be comfortable working in a customer‑facing, project‑driven environment.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or other client‑facing work.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, software support, or customer training.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details, priorities, and follow‑up items.
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach.
  • Exposure to healthcare environments, software integrations, or formal project management training is a plus.
