Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, HelpDesk/Support
North Hills Animal Hospital & Resort is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will greet visitors warmly, foster trust in the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
ResponsibilitiesSchedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi‑tasking between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about our services.
ScheduleFull‑time position (38 hr/week) with a flexible schedule. Availability is required Monday–Sunday, including 1–2 weekend shifts per month.
Qualifications- At least 1 year of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is required
- Proficiency in client service and communication
- Welcoming and discharging patients
- Collaboration with other team members
- Managing phone lines
- Booking appointments & attention to detail
- Compensation: $17–20 per hour
