Jobtailor is seeking a customer service professional to support our JW product line in North Carolina. You will build positive relationships with customers, handle quotes, orders and inquiries, and ensure a professional service experience.
The role requires 3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP. Door manufacturing experience is a plus.
