Job Title: Leasing Experience Coordinator

Department: Leasing

Reports To: Leasing Manager

Wage Category: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities
  • Provide residents with information about the community and model home options.
  • Assist leasing associates after the close of a sale by delivering sales‑focused energy and support.
  • Manage the prospect journey including application generation, payment processing, lease creation, and scheduling move‑in orientations.
  • Coordinate lease renewals for current residents.
  • Follow up on resident questions, concerns, and support all customer service efforts within the community.
  • Maintain community aesthetics by supporting tour paths, pre‑walking move‑in ready homes, and upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.
  • Greet residents and guests politely and expedite all service requests.
  • Conduct regular patrols of grounds, halls, vacant units, and parking areas; perform daily inspections of amenity common areas.
  • Verify service work orders, issue keys or personal escorts for access.
  • Assist with execution of new move‑ins, resident/tenant services, and serve as the central contact point for related activities.
  • Provide resident assistance (key support, package scanning and delivery) as needed.
  • Participate in and help coordinate potential resident events.
  • Submit service requests in the property management system for building damages or deficiencies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Preferred experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn and apply applicable software programs and backend administrative tasks.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven excellent customer service, teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations or willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
