The UPS Store - 8311 Brier Creek Parkway - Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with shipping, packaging, and mail services;
Accurately and efficiently process shipments, ensuring compliance with USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, and other carrier regulations;
Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries and resolve any issues;
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace, including stocking supplies and managing inventory;
Provide support for additional retail services such as printing, copying, and mailbox rentals as needed
