Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Rep - Patient Customer Service within the Revenue Cycle Management Division to join our team.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm EST;
Training hours: 9am to 6pm EST.
You'll handle 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctors, or private insurance carriers, initiate payment plans, and resolve inquiries while maintaining performance goals. This role emphasizes customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
