Job Purpose
  • To assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the Fast Park facility, ensuring smooth and efficient parking services for customers while maximizing revenue and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing customer interactions, overseeing financial transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the parking facility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Fast Park facility, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Supervise and train parking attendants, providing guidance on customer service, cash handling procedures, and parking lot management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance with parking-related issues.
  • Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and daily revenue reconciliation.
  • Monitor and maintain the parking facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.
  • Enforce parking rules and regulations, issuing citations as needed and addressing any security concerns.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on parking activity, revenue, and expenses.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees.
  • Communicate effectively with the staff and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a parking or hospitality environment.
  • Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Experience with basic computer operations, including data entry and report generation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
