Training Experience Specialist

• Manage Red Hat Learning Subscription consumption and reporting
• Manage Red Hat Learning Subscription assignments and demonstrations
• Create skills paths and provide user support for Red Hat Learning Subscription
• Provide support for Red Hat public training and exams to customers
• Support trouble tickets associated with training services
• Manage the Training Unit redemption process
• Interface between customer needs, requirements, and requests and the broader services organization
• Document offering specifications and communicate necessary details to customers
• Collaborate with partners to disseminate Learning Subscription updates and increase awareness of training availability and functionality
• Support Training Specialists and Territory Services Managers on high-complexity projects
• Coordinate training delivery oversight, course enrollments, and consumption reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Operations, Curriculum, and Certification teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills with knowledge of virtual delivery platforms (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
• High standard of organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask
• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Excellent project and program management skills

Demonstrates expertise in managing Red Hat Learning Subscription, including consumption, reporting, and user support. Proficient in project and program management, with strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate across various teams.
