Customer Service Associate

Piper Companies is looking to fill the role of Operations Associate for an award-winning company located in the Raleigh-Durham Area. We are seeking a positive, motivated, and energetic individual to provide excellent support to customers while also supporting teammates.

This Operations Associate position requires time in-office 3 days per week. Working hours are 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday.

• Manage all correspondents with customers relating to all service and claim needs, client information, service requests, and contract benefits.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients through phone, email, chat, and text channels.
• Retain client knowledge of products and knowledge of customer procedures and rules.
• Continue communication with managers and other team members regarding special project developments and assigned responsibilities.

• Bachelor s degree is required.
• Must pass call center simulation test.
• Intermediate PC skills including all Microsoft office software.
• Ability to work on a team and thrive in a team environment.

• $20-$23 per hour
