MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a Customer Service Specialist II, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of North Carolina Medicaid. You will play a crucial role in providing a single point of contact for Medicaid providers to resolve issue or provide information concerning claims or enrollment.
- Lead/Manage/Support the North Carolina Medicaid community
- Collaborate with your peers
- Drive average handle time in order to provide efficient call resolution
- Utilize your customer service and computer skills

High School Diploma/GED - Experience:

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $15.30 - $20.70. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
