• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week

• Option to grow to full-time within 12 months

• Hours:
  Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

• Preferred schedule:
  Wednesday–Friday

• 30%–32% of Collections (tiered)

• 99% RCM / Collections Rate

• Daily Guarantee for first 90 days (negotiable)

• W-2 or 1099 options

• No lab or supply fees when using preferred vendors

• No CBCT

• Rotary Endo System (Brasseler)

• Lab Fab

• Implant system will be purchased (planned:
  Straumann Neodent
  )

• DDS/DMD (licensed or eligible) in North Carolina

• Confident in restorative dentistry and surgery

• Interest and experience in Endo and Implants strongly preferred

• Strong communicator, team-oriented, and committed to building continuity of care with a loyal patient base
