Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM - Growth Path: option to expand to full-time within 12 months
- 30%–32% of collections (tiered)
- 99% RCM / Collections Rate
- Daily guarantee for first 90 days (negotiable)
- W-2 or 1099 options
- No lab or supply fees when using preferred vendors
You'll be supported in bread-and-butter dentistry while also having room to grow into higher-skill procedures as you're ready.

- 2026/2027 graduating DDS/DMD or GPR/AEGD resident (or recent grad)
- Licensed in NC or license-eligible
- Solid fundamentals in restorative dentistry; motivated to improve speed and efficiency
- Interested in expanding into endo and implants over time (experience is a plus, not required)
- Team-first communicator who values patient relationships and continuity of care
