Overview
Dewberry is seeking an Entry Level Landscape Architect to join our landscape architecture department in our Raleigh, NC office. The studio is collaborative and operates in a multidisciplinary environment to execute comprehensive projects across the United States. Projects span multiple market segments such as resiliency, parks and recreation, greenways, K-12, and corporate campus design. The team is frequently responsible for all aspects of site design including grading, drainage, planting plans, amenity plans (hardscape + landscape), custom detailing, rendering, and permitting.

Responsibilities- Supporting Project Managers and Deputy Project Managers on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Grading and Drainage Design
- Site Design and Amenity Design
- Planting Plans
- Lighting Plans
- Greenway Design
- Construction Documents
- Renderings
- Project Manual Development
- Erosion control plans and reports
- Site Feasibility Studies
- Estimates of Probable Cost
- Construction Administration Visits and Reports
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop design solutions
- Assist with research efforts and career fairs
- BS/BLA Degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
- Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred), Land F/X, and Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, Rhino, D5 Render, and GIS/Arc View.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-check work.
- Proactive thinking skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
- Previous internship experience.
