Designer / Architect Level 1

Location: Raleigh, NC | Hybrid Work Environment
Reports To: Project Manager

Integrated Design is seeking a talented Designer / Architect Level 1 to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about architecture and technical design. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing documentation that communicates design intent, supports project delivery, and elevates our design quality.

You will work collaboratively with project teams and leadership to:

• Support project managers and architects in developing design documentation and presentation materials for client meetings and design reviews.
• Assist with digital modeling and visualization of both conceptual and developed designs to communicate design intent clearly and effectively.
• Contribute to project delivery efforts by assisting in the preparation of design drawings, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Experience:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in an architecture firm or design practice.
• Experience working on projects within the science, technology, workplace, or athletic sectors is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

• Required:
  
  Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Preferred:
  Enscape, Lumion, and/or other visualization tools.
• 3D modeling, and rendering skills with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and materiality.
• Familiarity with producing construction drawings in REVIT for client deliverables.
