Role DescriptionOur Senior Project Architects will take a leadership role in managing architectural projects and guiding design teams to achieve high-quality results. This position requires advanced expertise in architectural design and project management, along with strong client relationship skills.
Duties and responsibilities- Project Leadership
:
Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget constraints, and timelines. - Design Oversight
:
Develop and refine architectural designs, providing creative and innovative solutions that meet project objectives. - Team Management
:
Supervise and mentor project architects and design teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration. - Client Relations
:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Quality Assurance
:
Ensure all project documentation adheres to quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. - Financial Management
:
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects remain financially viable. - Collaboration
:
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery. - Problem Resolution
:
Proactively identify and address potential challenges, providing solutions to keep projects on track. - Continuous Improvement :
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative techniques into project workflows.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
LicensureActive Architect license in the relevant state(s).
Experience5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Skills- Advanced proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
