Successful Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice seeking a board certified, qualified, and enthusiastic associate/partner to join our team in North Carolina. We are expanding our brand to a new location in the NC Triangle area with future growth planned. The practice focuses on in-office procedures, mainly dento-alveolar surgeries, grafts, pathology, and implants. We are an established dental implant brand with a culture of excellence.

We provide full hospital privileges including facial plastics with no hospital call. We are a leading private practice AGD CE seminar/course provider in North Carolina and value educating our referrals and colleagues.

SALARY RANGE:

• 1st year & 2nd year:
  Guaranteed Base Salary of $400,000/year
• 3rd year and beyond:
  Base Salary of $350,000 + percentage of collections
• Average earnings: $650,000/year in 1st and 2nd year of partnership; $750K average after that
• $100,000 sign-on bonus within the first year of employment

4 days per week (10-hour days)

Partnership: Offered after 2 years of employment

Practice Platform: PPO Insurance - No Medicaid

Experience: New Grad or Experienced

License/Certification: NC Dental License (Preferred)
