• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Provide care in‑office or in testing centers, and perform occasional tele‑health visits.
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities.
• Collaborate with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize specific clinical training and perform in‑office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states, if required.

• Enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary‑care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with a plan to obtain certification within one year of start date.
• State licensed in North Carolina, obtained before start date.
