Job Overview
A physician group and a large hospital are seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage.
Facility
Location:
North Carolina.
Dates Needed:
February ongoing. Start in February or March for a 6‑9 month assignment.
Shift Type: 24‑hour in‑house shifts – two 24‑hour shifts per week.
Assignment Type:
In‑patient call.
Required:
Yes – board certification is required.
- Provide coverage for OB and emergent GYN cases, including ovarian cysts and ruptures.
- Handle approximately 80 deliveries per month.
- Perform both OB and GYN cases, including C‑sections and GYN surgeries.
- Manage high‑risk patients onsite, with an MFM on staff.
- Board certification in OB/GYN is required.
