Dependable schedule allows for optimal work/life balance Monday through Friday with minimal weekend phone calls.
100% inpatient position, consult only service.
Collaborate with team of seasoned Hospitalists. Progressive program has been in place for 13+years.

Qualifications Seeking candidate who is Board Certified (or Eligible) in Internal Medicine. Completion of Geriatric Medicine fellowship and prior Hospitalist experience preferred.
Clean background; must be licensed or eligible for licensure in NC.Knowledge of coding standards and basic financial processes including strategies for decreasing costs per case, improve case mix index, impact of core measures and readmissions on financial results.
Knowledge of core measures and performance improvement strategies to drive improvement.
Experience in participating in and/or leading quality improvement initiatives, preferred.
Proficient with computers, dictation systems and portable devices. Compensation and Benefits Pay-for-Performance (quality) bonus opportunity of up to 10% in accordance with organizations P4P plan.
Sign-on bonus, loan repayment option.
