Santa Sabina is seeking a passionate professional to join the College as an English Teacher (Years 7 – 12). Fourth Year University students will be considered and we are willing to oversee final year internships and practicums as part of employment for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:

support the Catholic Dominican Mission of the College and promote the prayer life of the College

demonstrate an understanding of curriculum requirements for NESA English courses (Stage 4 –
6)

be an exemplary teacher with demonstrated understanding of contemporary pedagogy

be a collaborative practitioner who can work with a range of teams

contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of English programs for curriculum, assessment and reporting across Years 7-12

Experience and/or understanding of other subject areas including the IB Diploma, particularly in Language and Literature, is advantageous but not essential.
