What You'll Do:

* Create developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences

* Build meaningful relationships with children and families

* Collaborate with a supportive team

* Observe and document child development

* Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom

What We're Looking For:

* Child Care Credentials + 6 hours in Early Childhood Education (ECE)

* Prefer Associate's or Bachelor's in ECE

* 1+ year classroom experience with young children

* A passion for equity, inclusion, and quality care
