• Develop role‑based training content independently or with team members, using Microsoft Office and other software.
• Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials.
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
• Incorporate feedback from others into existing training and administration procedures.
• Learn new content and consult with subject matter experts to develop training materials and answer participant questions.
• Assist with building and testing training environments (MST) and provide support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with other trainers by co‑facilitating classroom instruction and assisting with exercises as needed.
• Prepare training lessons, print materials, set up training room and environment prior to sessions.
• Present information verbally and in writing in a clear, easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Follow up with trainees after classroom sessions to offer additional support.
• Serve as an expert educator to state staff.
• Train and credential additional classroom trainers (train‑the‑trainer).
• Train staff and end users on technical topics.
• Manage assignments by prioritizing tasks and creating and adhering to timelines.

• Certified in Grand Central Curriculum, Prelude Curriculum, Cadence Curriculum, TED
  105 Training Wheels Behind the Scenes, and TED
  300 Training Environment Build.
