KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Instructional Design to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities:
* Develop adult learner training materials for multiple instructional modalities including eLearning, video, classroom presentations, reference guides, user guides, job aids, and Digital Adoption Platform content, while ensuring alignment to project needs for the phased implementation of a new integrated eligibility system
* Collaborate closely with members of KPMG's Organizational Change Management and Training team to plan, design, and deliver integrated learning solutions that support system adoption and end user readiness
* Create training content that adheres to accessibility standards, including compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines, and incorporates best practices for adult learning and digital learning usability
* Translate business processes, system functionality, and requirements into clear, engaging training experiences for diverse learner groups across state government and healthcare-related environments
* Apply strong project planning, time management, and organization to design, review, edit, and deliver training materials while managing multiple assignments and adapting to shifting priorities
* Utilize advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, eLearning and video development software, and Digital Adoption Platforms to build high quality training products that meet client expectations
* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
* Minimum three years of recent experience developing adult learner training materials for instructor led and web based delivery supporting custom software applications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or three years of relevant work experience is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
* Demonstrated ability to design and develop training in multiple formats (eLearning, video, classroom decks, reference/user guides, job aids, Digital Adoption Platforms) with strong editing and proofreading skills
* Experience creating training content that complies with Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility requirements
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint and with eLearning/video development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Vyond
* Strong communication (written and oral), the ability to learn new software independently, and the capability to work collaboratively, flexibly, and under pressure while meeting or exceeding deadlines
* Ability to travel as required
