No travel is required. This is a Monday-Friday, 8-5 position. Hybrid model: the client will require 8 days per month onsite.

Job Description

The purpose of the position will be to create in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives and business units. Strong content development and writing skills needed. Ability to draft resources to support employee learning, tips, and educational resources for employees, such as job aids. Good research skills. Instructional design and technical knowledge a must. This position will facilitate and support live virtual meetings and events.

Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Must be professional.

Must Have

• Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners

• Understands the NC Medicaid Program that drive the efforts of the county, regional, and state staff who administer those programs.

• Strong content development skills needed.

• Instructional design and technical knowledge needed

• Adobe Articulate 360

• Experience with adult learning practices, principles and procedures in classroom and on-line presentations(Highly desired)

• This position will support live virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
