Job Description
Brier Creek is looking for an enthusiastic individual to instruct beginner tumbling classes to children ages 4-10 years in a fun, inviting way. Instructors will need to create and utilize lesson plans that teach children tumbling and facilitate various fun activities associated with tumbling. You should be able to adapt/revise program activities to meet the needs of program participants.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Teach the foundations of balance and basic motor skills.
  • Communicate and work well with children, teaching youth the basics of tumbling.
  • Available to class participants/parents after class for follow-up on instruction in class.
  • Set-up tumbling room to be consistent with lesson plans
  • Evaluate each tumbling class upon completion to determine action necessary to improve upon each program
  • Communicate effectively with personnel to ensure quality programming and participants' experiences
Typical Qualifications
Must have experience teaching tumbling to younger ages.
