You will combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, transforming workshops, metrics-focused team rallies, and precision feedback into powerful development experiences. Key Responsibilities
Develop Guides and mentor students to ensure every learner in your cohort experiences genuine enthusiasm for school, achieves learning at double the traditional pace, and develops essential life competencies. Standards are non-negotiable.
Basic Requirements- Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable field.
- Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, learning curricula, or professional training solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated success building, directing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or development settings.
- Skilled in analyzing data and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
