Pre-K Lead Teacher (4-Year-Old Classroom) – Little Lambs Learning Center at Bay Leaf, Raleigh, NC

Little Lambs Learning Center is more than a preschool — we are a ministry focused on nurturing the whole child through faith, excellence, and relationship-centered learning. We are seeking a warm, experienced, and passionate Lead Teacher for our 4-year-old Pre‑K classroom who desires to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

• Build strong relationships with families through communication and partnership.
• Guide children with patience, consistency, structure, and grace.
• Collaborate with coworkers and administration to support school‑wide success.
• Maintain classroom organization.

• Experience teaching preschool or Pre‑K children preferred.
• NC Early Childhood Credential or related education preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom leadership skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work positively within a team‑oriented environment.
• A heart for ministry and serving children and families.
