Lead Teacher – Early Childhood (Infant and Twos Classrooms)

Location:

Raleigh, NC

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

Full-Time Work, 5-Star Non-Profit Center

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a classroom with warmth, structure, and creativity
• Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and coworkers
• Observe and assess growth to tailor support to each child
• Keep your space clean, safe, and supportive for learning

What You Bring:

• Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or related field preferred)
• At least 1 year of classroom experience with young children
• Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and best practices in early learning
