Adjunct Instructor, Exercise Sport Science (Continuous Recruitment)
William Peace University (WPU) continuously seeks to appoint scholars with expertise in the field of Exercise and Sport Science in the Department of Mathematics and Science. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed as vacancies arise within the department.
Applicants are expected to have experience teaching this specific course, including experience with and the ability to use instructional technologies to support classroom activities. The Adjunct Instructor position supports the Exercise and Sport Science program and curricula.
• A Master's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology or closely related field (including but not limited to Exercise and Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiology, or Rehabilitation Sciences)
• Hands-on experience with clinical exercise testing, a Parvo Medics metabolic cart, and other exercise physiological laboratory processes
• A Doctoral degree in Kinesiology or closely related field (including but not limited to Exercise and Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiology, or Rehabilitation Sciences)
• Certification with ACSM, NSCA, or NASM
