Summit College Campus Disciple-Maker
Discipleship/Coaching Ministry
- Discipling/coaching student leaders you are assigned to
- Biweekly coaching of family group leaders
- Attending family groups
- Helping start freshmen Bible studies
- Spending informal time with student leaders and the students you are investing in
- Summer and two-year conversations
Personal Ministry
- Building relationships with non-Christian students
- Sharing the gospel and reading the Bible (Seven Stories)
- Broad gospel sowing on campus
Team Member (5–10 hours)
- Weekly Summit College staff meetings
- Weekly Summit College Campus Meetings
- Plan and participate in all Summit College events (BMW, Win Con, SC United, summer projects)
Church Staff Member (5–10 hours)
- Involved in all Summit staff gatherings (e.g., All-staff, staff retreat, etc.)
- Serve one, attend one at a Summit campus
Seminary (3–6 hours)
