Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking an Instructor / DSP Peer Mentor to provide instructional support, mentoring, and direct services to adults with IDD. The role develops and delivers learning activities, life skills training, self-advocacy programs, and participant engagement opportunities that promote independence, choice, and personal growth.
The Instructor also mentors new DSPs, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
