Arrow Christian Preschool is a Christ-centered early childhood program dedicated to nurturing the spiritual, emotional, and educational development of young children in a loving and supportive environment.

We are seeking a energetic, compassionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will work in a Christ-centered environment, following and teaching The Experience Curriculum. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education.

• Implement and teach The Experience Curriculum effectively (Exper. A plus)
• Foster a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and administration
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

• Associate’s (AAS), Bachelor’s (BS) degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated love and care for young children
• 2+ Yrs working experience

• Pay Rate: $19-$22 per hour (based on education and experience)
