Multi-Classroom Teacher

Chesterbrook Academy seeks a Multi-Classroom Teacher to support high-quality instruction across multiple elementary classrooms. In this role, you'll co-plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons, provide targeted small-group and whole-group instruction, and use assessment data to differentiate learning. You will help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment, collaborate closely with teachers and families, and model our child-centered culture. Responsibilities

• Support instruction across multiple classrooms, providing small-group and whole-group teaching as needed
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver standards-based lessons
• Use student data to differentiate instruction and support learning goals
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families and staff to support student growth
• Implement school-wide behavior expectations and routines
• Support assessment, progress monitoring, and documentation of student learning
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
