As a Bilingual Spanish Lead Preschool Teacher, you will set the tone for a nurturing, joyful, Spanish-rich classroom environment. You will lead daily routines, facilitate inquiry-based play, and partner closely with families to guide each child's developmental journey.

• Full Spanish Immersion: Conduct daily routines, circle time, storytelling, and open-ended play in conversational and fluent Spanish to cultivate natural language acquisition.
• Curriculum Execution: Design and deliver purposeful, play-based studies using The Creative Curriculum®, documenting child growth and milestones through Teaching Strategies GOLD®.
• Classroom Leadership: Maintain a predictable, supportive classroom rhythm using positive guidance and responsive caregiving.
• Licensing & Safety: Ensure full compliance with North Carolina DCDEE licensing standards, strict room ratios, accurate attendance, and daily health/sanitation checks.
• Family Partnership: Build trusting connections with families through daily digital updates, developmental progress notes, and collaborative communication.

• Language: Fluent or strong conversational Spanish skills (comfortable leading activities, storytelling, and daily routines entirely in Spanish); clear English communication for family and team collaboration.

  Qualification:
  
  Current NC Lead Teacher credentials (EDU 119 or equivalent early childhood degree/coursework) strongly preferred.
• Candidates actively working toward completion or committed to completing EDU 119 within six months are also encouraged to apply (full company sponsorship provided).
• Experience: Demonstrated teaching experience in a licensed preschool or child care setting with strong classroom management skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (minimum age 18);
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Background Clearance: Must clear a comprehensive NC DCDEE criminal background check and fingerprint screening prior to start date.
• Certifications: Pediatric CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to complete during onboarding).

• Top-Tier Hourly Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with verified NC credentials, degrees, and classroom experience.
