** How you’ll make an impact
*** Collaborate with senior consultants on power and energy studies
* Design and simulate power systems using advanced modeling tools
* Conduct independent research and apply innovative techniques
* Prepare high‑quality technical reports and client presentations
* Participate in customer meetings and provide technical insights
* Support process improvements and business development initiatives
* Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelines
* Contribute to a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous learning
** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience,
** or
* * Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience,
** or
* * PhD in a related field
* Experience with power system simulation tools (PSS/E, PSCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, CYME, or similar)
* Strong technical writing and presentation skills
* Ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams
* Experience with AI/ML applications in power systems (preferred)
* Knowledge of transmission planning and renewable integration (preferred)
