How you’ll make an impact- Lead and deliver complex, multi‑location R&D projects.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Drive performance across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Elevate stakeholder engagement through clear communication.
- Identify risks and opportunities early—and act quickly.
- Apply best‑in‑class project management methodologies.
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Champion customer value and internal alignment.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in R&D or technical project management in the energy or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of transformers or product development is an asset.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies in the energy domain.
- Skilled in project management tools, analytics, and gate models.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
