** Aerospace Quality Engineer
** to join them.  You will report to the
** Quality Manager

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
* ** Years of

Experience:

** Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace quality engineering or a related field
* Strong understanding of
** AS9100
* * aerospace quality standards and
** FAA regulations
*** Experience with
** ISO 9001
** and other quality management systems
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
* Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles and practices
* Experience with problem-solving tools such as
** 8D**,
** 5-Why**,
** A3**, and
** Ishikawa
* ** Knowledge of data analysis software and statistical tools
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to continuous improvement
** As an Aerospace Quality Engineer, you will:
*** Develop and implement quality standards for aerospace products and processes
* Create and maintain quality procedures and work instructions
* Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and other applicable standards and regulations
* Conduct inspections and audits of aerospace products and processes
* Investigate and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
* Manage the
** customer complaint/Return Material Authorization (RMA)
** process* Collaborate cross-functionally to support compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements
* Monitor and improve the company’s
** Quality Management System (QMS)
*** Stay current with industry trends and best practices in aerospace quality

** Salary Range:** $85,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience#LI-Onsite
