This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scheduling Manager (Fiber/Engineering) located in Raleigh, NC. The Scheduling Manager will oversee and manage production schedules, ensuring project deadlines are met and operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling workforce and resources, maintaining timelines, analyzing project workflows, and coordinating with various teams to optimize efficiency. The role requires close communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones and client expectations.

• Strong skills in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Interpretation for process optimization.
• Effective Planning and Organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Experience in the communications industry or similar field is a plus.
• Familiarity with fiber‑optic engineering or related technical fields is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
