Structural Designer / Structural Engineering Professional

We’re looking for a Structural Design professional—whether you are an experienced designer or an early‑career engineering graduate—who’s excited to contribute to a wide range of impactful civil and environmental projects.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll support the structural design and coordination of essential infrastructure such as:
- Water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Pump stations and utility structures
- Industrial buildings and process facilities
- Foundations, structural framing, and various support structures
You’ll work with materials and systems common in civil and environmental infrastructure, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, aluminum, and more.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities may include:- Structural modeling, drafting, and detailing
- Developing design drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and project teams
- Supporting project documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
- Contributing to design calculations (experience level dependent)

Ideal candidates may bring- Experience in structural design, drafting, or BIM coordination (5+ years preferred, but not required)
- A degree in Structural, Civil, or related Engineering—or an Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology
- Proficiency with Revit (primary) and AutoCAD (secondary)
- Familiarity with structural detailing and/or design workflows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team
- Experience supporting industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects (a plus, not required)
- EIT/EI or PE licensure
- BIM coordination experience

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
