Structural Designer / Structural Engineering Professional

We’re looking for a Structural Design professional—whether you are an experienced designer or an early‑career engineering graduate—who’s excited to contribute to a wide range of impactful civil and environmental projects.

In this role, you’ll support the structural design and coordination of essential infrastructure such as:

• Water and wastewater treatment facilities
• Pump stations and utility structures
• Industrial buildings and process facilities
• Foundations, structural framing, and various support structures

You’ll work with materials and systems common in civil and environmental infrastructure, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, aluminum, and more.

• Structural modeling, drafting, and detailing
• Developing design drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and project teams
• Supporting project documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
• Contributing to design calculations (experience level dependent)

• Experience in structural design, drafting, or BIM coordination (5+ years preferred, but not required)
• A degree in Structural, Civil, or related Engineering—or an Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology
• Proficiency with Revit (primary) and AutoCAD (secondary)
• Familiarity with structural detailing and/or design workflows
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team
• Experience supporting industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects (a plus, not required)

• EIT/EI or PE licensure
• BIM coordination experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Raleigh, NC.
