Réalis is seeking a
** YOUR ROLE
** Support senior engineers with plan production, detailing, assembling specifications, and performing basic calculations to build hands‑on familiarity with bridge elements and construction requirements. Progress through increasingly advanced design responsibilities, starting with component‑level design, then moving into system‑level analysis, and eventually contributing to full bridge design as skills and professional proficiency grow. Perform data acquisition and analysis, researching the feasibility of alternative design approaches, evaluating site conditions, and reviewing relevant regulatory agency specifications or requirements.
Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
EXPERIENCE:
0-2 Years of professional experience in a related technical field is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university or Civil Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited college/university. Master’s Degree highly desirable. SPECIAL
SKILLS:
Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.
Math skills to perform simple calculations; willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with AutoCAD or Micro Station (preferred). Proficient interpersonal and communications skills.

Expected compensation range is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
